Traditional Za'atar is a wild herb mix, handmade from a variety of aromatic thyme native to Palestine, toasted sesame, sea salt, and sumac. Blend this Fairtrade herb mix with some olive oil and use as a dip with freshly baked bread, or as seasoning for meat, fish, or vegetables before roasting. This Za'atar from Zaytoun has been wild-harvested by women in Jenin, Palestine.

Orders made during Christmas & New Year

⭐️   Final orders for Click and Collect before Christmas are to be made by 11pm on Sun 20th Dec for final collections on Weds 23rd Dec. We will close the shop at 5pm on 23rd Dec, and we will reopen at 10am on 6th Jan.

⭐️   Collections can start up again from Sat 9th Jan. Orders can be made in between these dates but collections will not be possible until after we reopen.
 
⭐️   Postal orders can be placed between 24th Dec – 6th Jan, but they won’t be processed and posted until the shop is open again.
