Welcome! This page explains how our Click & Collect service works.
Browse through our wide range of products. If you’re looking for something in particular, you can type it directly into the search box. Otherwise, you can browse by Brand, or by Category.
Once you’ve found what you want, click on the image to ‘Quick View’. Select the number of items that you want, and then click ‘Add to Basket’.
If you click on the shopping bag icon, your basket will appear. If you click on ‘View Basket’, it will take you to a list of all your items in your Basket for Click & Collect. To add more of a particular item, or remove something that you don’t need, change the number in the Quantity box. Please remember to click ‘Update Basket’ after you have made any amendments. If you have a coupon to redeem, please enter this into the box provided. You can continue your shopping and come back to this page at any time.
Once you have completed your shopping, please check that your ‘Basket for Click & Collect’ is correct before clicking on ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Enter your billing details and let us know of any special notes for collection in the ‘Additional Information’ box. Please read our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions box must be agreed to by ticking the box, before placing your order.
Payment is made when ordering. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
If you are not comfortable with entering your bank information on our website, please make a note of the goods you would like to purchase and either call us on 01865 722 505 or email us at info@fairtradeatstmichaels.co.uk
We will email you once your order has been received and ready to collect.
We try to ensure that we have sufficient stock but know that some items sell faster than expected and although we will always try to get stock replenished it is not always possible. We will get in touch with you if there is an item in your basket that is currently out of stock, and we will issue a refund for that item. We accept no liability arising from any inability to supply goods due to lack of stock other than returning any payments made to you.
Collection
Once an order is confirmed we will let you know when it is ready to be collected. We will try to do this within 2 working days of your order confirmation.
We will keep the order in the shop for 7 calendar days after you have been told that it is ready for collection. If you do not collect it within this time we will cancel the order and reimburse your money unless you have contacted us to make another arrangement.
In the circumstances of the shop having to close through forces outside our control we will discuss collection arrangements with you.
Delivery
A few items can be posted to you by arrangement, instead of collecting. Please contact us to discuss what is possible. They are sent for delivery by Royal Mail and will take 2-3 working days. We will aim to dispatch your order on the same day (excluding weekends) or the next working day. However, at busy times please allow longer for delivery. If you require your order urgently, please contact us. Additional postage charges apply.
If you wish to return an item you are liable for posting it back to us. Please provide proof of purchase. We do not accept opened mask packages.
Cancellation
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your contract. Should you want to do so please let us know as soon as possible, and we will refund your money. We do not accept the return of masks and earrings.
If you have not collected the order within 7 calendar days of being told it is ready we will deem the order to be cancelled (see “Collection” above.)
The cancellation does not apply after you have received your items. However, if an item is unsatisfactory, and is still in a saleable form i.e. has not been opened or otherwise damaged we will arrange a refund on return of goods and proof of purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to show up on your account.
