Once you have made a purchase from us our commitment is to get your goods to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

All our parcels are sent First Class - we can only deliver to the UK
Delivery will be charged at £3.50 for UK orders up to £49.99
UK Delivery is free for orders over £50.00

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours and post them to you within two working days. You will receive an automated email shortly after we have posted your order to confirm that it is on its way. We will endeavour to ensure delivery is as quick as possible. However we cannot guarantee delivery times and these are only a guide. During busy times please order early.
Some of our products are handmade and mainly use natural materials and dyes and so are subject to natural variation in colour or patterns. For recycled products we aim to match the items closely to the image and will contact you about specific colours if relevant.
If your goods are out of stock we will email or telephone you and see if there is an alternative product that we can send.
We will notify you via email if there is any delay. If you have any queries please email us at email@example.com quoting your order reference number.
If you think that your order has been lost in the post it is possible it has been delayed en-route. It is often worth checking if your package has been left with a neighbour, or returned to your local delivery office - even if no card has been left.
If your purchase is not delivered 15 working days after it was posted then we will assume that it has been lost (Royal Mail guideline) and we will give you either a full refund or send you a replacement item, as you prefer.
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to dispatch. You must notify us of your wish to cancel via email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, address and order reference number.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition with labels attached. Returns must be made within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods.
In the interests of hygiene, we regret that the following items are non-returnable unless faulty; pierced earrings, toiletries, and foods (unless, as some ranges do, they have an unbroken seal).
Return goods must be appropriately packaged and in "as new/as supplied" condition. Cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty. Please include your full contact details with the return, including the reason for returning. You must obtain a proof of postage.
Once the item has been received by us we will refund the price of the item using the same method originally used by you to pay for it, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given if items were incorrect, damaged or faulty. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
